We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
  • Skilled in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
