Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience.
- Participate in inventory management tasks and follow cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Skilled in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
