Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Execute various tasks like stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail is a plus.
