Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is maintained to the highest standards. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register
• Safe and proper use of equipment
• Interpretation and application of company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Meet all state and local requirements for relevant tasks

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
