Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Capacity to execute cleaning duties according to company standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous
