Customer Service Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our expanding team at Avis Budget Group. As a valued member of our enterprise, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience by assisting them with the return process of rental cars. This includes providing exceptional customer service, securing keys, documenting important vehicle details, and efficiently managing our computer systems.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
