Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental or return processes at airport lots.
• Check cars, process rentals, and provide support at exit gates.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the interaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills and effective verbal communication.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a bonus.
