We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our high-energy Avis Budget Group enterprise. In this outdoor role, you will assist customers at various locations within our rental or return process on airport lots, providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the rental and return process.
• Perform tasks such as checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting customers at exit gates.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and all shifts.
