Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the return of their rental cars, including greeting, key management, mileage recording, and excellent service provision.
- Check-in rental cars into our system accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to uphold service quality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in outdoor environments and varied shifts.
- 6 months of retail customer service experience is a plus.
