Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced and energetic team at Avis Budget Group. In this outdoor role, you will engage with customers, handle rental processes, and deliver exceptional service at our airport lots.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in various aspects of the rental and return process.
• Provide excellent customer service while working outdoors.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and ensure a smooth experience.
• Handle tasks such as checking cars, using handheld devices, and managing exit gates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and willingness to work outdoors.
• Prior retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
