In this position, you will assist customers with the return process of their rental vehicles, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with the return of rental cars, including key handling, mileage recording, and damage assessment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Check-in vehicles accurately into our computerized system.

Requirements
