We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers at our airport lots, assisting with rental and return processes. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental and return processes on the airport lots.
• Provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints.
• Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and processing rentals.
• Work outdoors and engage in various tasks depending on location.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and in different outdoor conditions.
