Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Avis Budget Group team. As part of our enterprise, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable. What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with the return of rental cars.
- Meet and greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and damages.
- Check cars into the computer system while delivering excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills - typing, data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.

- Flexibility to work all shifts.
- 6 months retail customer service experience a bonus.
