Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join Metro Dentalcare at our St. Louis Park location on Excelsior Blvd. This is a full-time position from Monday to Thursday, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care as part of our dynamic team.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with patients to ensure they receive the best care possible.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver top-notch dental hygiene services.
- Utilize your clinical skills to enhance the overall patient experience.
Requirements
- Active dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
- Proficiency in dentistry procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- New graduates or individuals with years of clinical experience are welcome.
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and electronic medical records.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and skill development.
Physical Demands
- Ability to perform essential duties and lift up to 45 pounds.
- Availability for periodic training sessions, virtual or in-person.
