Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join the team at Metro Dentalcare in St. Louis Park, MN. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Assist dental hygienists and dentists during procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Take and develop dental x-rays.
- Provide post-operative instructions as directed by the dentist.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental assistant certification in MN.
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in a dental office setting.
- Familiarity with digital dental tools and technology.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
- Availability to attend training sessions as necessary.
