Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental services and patient education in line with best practices.
• Utilize advanced dental tools and technologies for patient screenings and treatments.

• Ensure the highest quality dental care and maintain patient health records accurately.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current or soon to be licensed dental hygienist in Missouri.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and patient care documentation.
• Valid CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Prior clinical experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital x-rays, and EMR systems.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development for patient care.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential dental duties with or without accommodations.
• Availability to attend periodic training sessions virtually or in person.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds when necessary.
