Description: Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly qualified Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep to join our Global Medical Affairs department. This key leadership position involves developing and executing an integrated Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Plan for the sleep molecule, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in the development of evidence generation strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Plan for the sleep molecule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and tactics.
  • Participate in the development of evidence generation strategies, including phase IV studies and Real World Evidence.
  • Maintain strong scientific knowledge of the sleep market and competitive landscape.
  • Represent the voice of Medical in cross-functional forums.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and engage in the Global Expert Engagement plan.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and regulations.

Requirements

  • Clinical experience in Neurology/Psychiatry with a focus on Sleep preferred.
  • 7-10 years of Medical Affairs and/or clinical development experience in neurosciences.
  • Experience in developing and executing Global Medical Affairs Strategies and Plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, customer focus, and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Doctorate degree required, MD degree strongly preferred.
