Job Description
Aldi is looking for a District Manager to join their team in the Jefferson Division, covering Georgia, Western North Carolina, Southern Alabama, and Northwest South Carolina. As a District Manager, you will supervise up to six stores, lead employees, and drive sales growth for one of the fastest-growing US grocery retailers. You will oversee operations, manage performance, and ensure the district's success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage store personnel.
- Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans and customer satisfaction guidelines.
- Analyze competitive pricing and provide product feedback to leadership.
- Manage store compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Drive projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of human resource management and store operations.
