Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative team at One Medical. As a primary care provider, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office and tele-health visits, and participate in continuous learning and collaboration with our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Deliver high-quality care in-office, testing centers, and via tele-health.
• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities and collaboration with clinical teams.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care or relevant settings.
• State licensure in New York.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication skills.
