The Rounds, a cutting-edge AI-powered personal Psychic Home Manager, is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in promoting our sustainable grocery delivery services and acquiring new Members at various pop-up events and locations. Join us in our mission to make everyday choices effortless and sustainable.
Responsibilities
- Educate potential Members on The Rounds' sustainable grocery delivery offerings at popup events.
- Achieve and exceed new Member acquisition targets using persuasive sales techniques.
- Thoroughly understand The Rounds' features to successfully onboard new Members.
- Assist in event setup and teardown to ensure successful operations.

- Experience in sales with a focus on goal achievement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences.

- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Availability for flexible working hours and transportation to event locations.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate with uncapped commission per new Member acquired. On target earnings of over $38/hour plus performance-based bonuses.
