Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Fitness Studio Experience Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will be responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members, maximizing studio and group fitness usage. Your role involves recruiting and staffing, achieving results, delivering a world-class member experience, training and developing instructors, as well as creating connections with our members. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze performance and drive results to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure a world-class member experience through flawless execution of programs and events.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high-quality fitness classes.
- Create connections with members by delivering high-energy classes that motivate and uplift.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit and develop talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in group fitness instruction is a plus.
