Responsibilities:

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to ensure optimal class schedules
• Maximize studio and group fitness usage by driving performance to achieve financial targets
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring equipment, rooms, and programming meet standards
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high-quality classes
• Create connections and motivate members through high-energy classes that uplift and build community

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fitness studio management or group fitness leadership
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop talent
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for fitness and creating an exceptional member experience
