As a Fitness Studio Experience Lead, you will be responsible for optimizing Studio and Group Fitness usage, ensuring an exceptional member experience, and achieving financial targets. This role involves recruiting and staffing, maximizing Studio/Group Fitness usage, delivering a world-class member experience, training and coaching instructors, and fostering a culture of care and connection.
Responsibilities
- Recruit talent to enhance class schedules and drive club traffic.
- Analyze Studio/Group Fitness performance and drive results to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Ensure all equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
- Deliver a high-energy and engaging member experience that fosters community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness, management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and creating positive experiences for members.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive business results.
