Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Fitness Studio Experience Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience that is inclusive, accessible, and on-trend. Your responsibilities will include maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage, recruiting and staffing top talent, achieving financial targets, and delivering a world-class member experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze and drive performance in the Studio and Group Fitness spaces to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure all equipment and technology are well-maintained, spaces are clean and safe, and programs are executed flawlessly.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development to deliver safe and effective classes.
• Create an exceptional member experience through high-energy classes that motivate, uplift, and build community.
