Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for overseeing Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches. This position offers a competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.50 to $19.00, along with commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and train talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage through class scheduling and performance analysis.
- Ensure a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe spaces and flawless execution of programs.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
- Create a culture of care, connection, and enthusiasm within the team.
