We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by managing class schedules, recruiting top talent, and ensuring exceptional experiences for all members.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, focusing on maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring equipment and spaces are clean and safe, executing programming flawlessly, and providing ongoing training and support to instructors.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high teaching standards and a talented team.
• Create connections and provide exceptional customer service to ensure members and guests have a positive and motivating experience.
