Fitness Studio Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness and oversee our Group Fitness & Studio team. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will report to the General Manager and manage a team of Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches. This position is non-exempt (hourly) with a competitive compensation ranging from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour, along with commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage talent to ensure optimal scheduling and staff levels.
• Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage by developing and maintaining competitive class schedules, driving attendance, and exceeding financial targets.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring clean and safe facilities, flawless execution of events, and continuous training and support for instructors and coaches.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and instructor development, delivering feedback that inspires commitment and growth.
• Create a supportive and engaging environment that promotes community and adherence to core values.
