Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the fitness experience for our members. From creating engaging class schedules to delivering exceptional member experiences, you will be driving the success of our STUDIO and Group Fitness programs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train top talent to deliver high-energy classes that motivate and create community.
- Analyze performance metrics and drive STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance to achieve financial targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to instructors and coaches to ensure program excellence.
- Deliver a world-class member experience focused on care, connection, and enthusiasm.
