Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with quality specifications and safety standards.
• Address deviations and conduct root cause analysis.
• Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports when necessary.

Requirements

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Fluency in English and basic computer skills.
• Comfortable with prolonged standing and cold environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in food safety or manufacturing.
• Previous Cargill employment or similar background.
