Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, and developing the team while ensuring outstanding customer service and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations and results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to support team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
