Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing store operations, developing the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $24.00 per hour for an average of 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and cash register efficiently.
