We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in store management by supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and identifying training opportunities to develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product assortment.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in retail management preferred.
