We are excited to announce an opportunity to join ALDI as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our store management team, overseeing daily operations, maximizing store performance, creating action plans, and fostering team growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company values and foster a sense of teamwork.
  • Provide feedback on products and assist in inventory management.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in retail management preferred.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Meet all state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
