Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the ALDI team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, enhancing overall performance, developing operational strategies, and fostering team growth through training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities for team development.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to company policies.

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is an advantage.
