Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.

- Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team and provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of budgeting, personnel costs, and expenses.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
