Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will take on key responsibilities in store management, including supervising day-to-day activities, improving operational performance, managing schedules, and fostering team growth through training and development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Model and promote the company's core values to build a cohesive team environment.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback on product offerings.
- Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns effectively.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior retail experience required, with management experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
