Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will take on key responsibilities in store management, including supervising day-to-day activities, improving operational performance, managing schedules, and fostering team growth through training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Model and promote the company's core values to build a cohesive team environment.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback on product offerings.
  • Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns effectively.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior retail experience required, with management experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
