Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Implement ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Report product feedback, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and uphold document security.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash handling.
• Capable of operating store equipment.
• Skilled in general cleaning tasks and following policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Retail experience is a plus.
