Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, providing top-notch customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Capable of operating a cash register and various store equipment
• Able to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and handle alcoholic beverages within regulations
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is an advantage
