Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and general cleaning tasks.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash handling procedures, and comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
