Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor and report on inventory, ensuring accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
