Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience. Your role will involve collaborating with team members and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets and ALDI Acts Competencies required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skills in equipment operation, cleaning duties, and following company policies.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
