Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of physical tasks such as stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask effectively.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
