Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation, from merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining a clean environment. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
