Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and uphold ALDI's values and standards.
• Complete cashiering duties, restock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
