Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with the Aldi team and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Good understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and follow instructions.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
