Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the essential Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to support store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies to maintain security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
