Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi! As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses
- Adhere to company policies and maintain document security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Skills in general cleaning and organization
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and adherence to instructions
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred
