Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to store policies and procedures
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment
• Effective communication and organizational skills
