Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and facilitating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain a tidy store, and provide top-notch customer service
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Assist in inventory management, report product issues, and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handle equipment safely, and uphold cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
