Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills to excel in your role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays with precision.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to enhance performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies to uphold store standards.
• Comply with company policies, maintain document security, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
