Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and perform assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling
• Perform general cleaning tasks and follow company procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
